Growing at home techniques.
1. Open the pack and pick out 100 grams of corn (0.1 part of the pack).
2. Wash out the seeds and put them in any suitable glassware, after that pour in manganese solution (the corn should be fully covered by the manganese solution with consistency ensuring loss of transparency) and then leave the vessel in a dry warm place for 24 hours.
3. In 24 hours remove the remains of the manganese solution, spread the seeds evenly over any tray with small eye holes at the bottom, the dimensions 20-25 cm ´ 30-35 cm, water them well using a sprinkler can, and after that cover the tray with something lightless and leave the tray in a dark place for another 24 hours. When the time is gone open the tray and place it in any bright place in your house.
4. During next 8-10 days (depending on the indoor temperature) water the seeds lavishly two times a day (in the morning and in the evening).
5. You should harvest when the wheatgrass is between 8 (full opening of the leaves of wheat) and 16 cm in length. That may happen on the 8th, 9th , 10th , 11th , 12th , 13th , or 14th day of seeds’ growth. At that time you may cut the wheatgrass and juice it.
One planting is meant for getting 150-200 ml of juice (5-7 shots of 30 ml). One pack is meant for obtaining 1.5-2.1 l. of juice (40 shots of 30 ml).

Storage period
Freshly squeezed wheat grass juice preserves its quality factors within 24 hours if you keep it in a fridge in a closed vessel, and in freezing chamber up to a year.
It’s not recommended to freeze it again after defrosting for juice would lose its useful properties.
